All rooms are newly refurbished, containing en-suite bathrooms with contemporary showers and featuring modern Sony radio clock alarms with iPod docking stations. Both the 4 Poster and Red Room have mini fridges. Please see our gallery for more photos of the bedrooms.


The Blue Room
The Blue room has a comtemporary/traditional theme, with cosy furnishings and tasteful drapes to make you feel at home as soon as you arrive, and a new Sealy cushion topped mattress to ensure you have an unbeatable nights sleep. Situated on the ground floor, therefore suitable for partially disabled. As with all rooms it has stunning views of the garden and rambling hillside opposite.

A new contemporary style shower room which complements the bedroom decor, with a good sized shower enclosure, underfloor heating - keeping your feet toasty! A powerful grohe shower, and sensual organic bathhouse toiletries in bamboo to help you relax further and make your stay a memorable one. To add to your amazing showering experience, wrap yourself in the softest of bath sheet towels. P.S. don't be late for breakfast!!


The 4 Poster Room
Displaying a mix of contemporary and traditional style decor and furnishings, this is a large spacious room with windows on 3 sides giving you breathtaking views. Also it has a separate seating area to one end, accommodating a sumptuous brown leather settee with soft cushions, a flat screen tv to enjoy quality relaxation time in the comfort of your room. Again this room features a new, quality, cushion topped Sealy mattress , ensuring a perfect nights sleep. A well stocked hospitality tray with home made biscuits is present in all rooms. This room can be used as a Twin or family room (settee converts to bed) still leaving 2 comfy arm chairs for relaxation.

Enjoy the contemporary shower room which compliments the bedroom colours and has an extra large shower enclosure stretching the full width of the room with a Mira power shower, toasty under floor heating, funky mirror with led lights, and a towel warmer to keep those super soft bath sheet towels warm. (these facilities are present in all shower rooms) Enjoy the fragrance of the new organic Bath House toiletries sourced locally.


The Red Room
A large double with characteristic old beams, and super views of the Lakeland fells and landscape, to take your breath away. The sunsets enjoyed from both this room and the 4 poster room are delightful.

This room has 2 lovely soft leather arm chairs to sink into after a long day, and features a new King size bed with a quality cushion topped Sealy mattress and a high, soft leather head board shown in the picture,a flat screened tv and well stocked hospitality tray with home made biscuits. This room has an adjoining room with single beds, making the perfect family room, and can accommodate a maximum of 5. complete with tv, dvd and video player to keep the children entertained.

The shower room in marble style tiles has a large oblong shower enclosure and Mira power shower, underfloor heating, funky led mirror with shaver point and a towel warmer housing your super soft bath sheet towels.
