Booking Terms
A deposit of £40 to £60 is required to reserve a room - this is non-refundable. A room must be cancelled at least 2 weeks before your reservation date, otherwise you will be charged for the full amount of your stay. All bookings made within the 2 week period will be charged in full if any cancellations are made. If you fail to turn up for your booking the full amount of your stay will be charged to you.

Terms of Stay
At Hill Crest we understand that accidents happen but we will not tolerate sheer recklessness. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if the room is left in an unacceptable condition or if undue care has been taken which has resulted in the permanent damage of an item in the room. Anybody smoking in the room will incur a £50 fine, which will be added to the bill.
