Booking Terms
First nights stay to be paid on booking are non refundable and no shows and cancellation in the 14 day window of the first night of your stay the full amount will be charged unless it gets re booked.
Terms of Stay
At Hill Crest we understand that accidents happen but we will not tolerate sheer recklessness. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if the room is left in an unacceptable condition or if undue care has been taken which has resulted in the permanent damage of an item in the room. Anybody smoking in the room will incur a £50 fine, which will be added to the bill.
